This bag collapses flat, but expands to a very useful size. The top zips up to protect your treasures, and the bag can be lifted from its wire hoop and carried with the handles provided. We have them in multiple colors to match most of our bikes. The bag secures to the handlebar stem with two hooks on top and a velcro strap behind.
